We have two related companies, employing about 30 people at our Chicago office. Data Based Ads (DBA) develops our new products and services our national newspaper and broker clients.

New Homes Magazine, Inc. publishes a full-color tabloid-size guide to new homes in the city and its north suburbs 10 times a year. The publication's Web site (current / future) will relaunch February 1, 2006 in an expanded version as YoChicago (currently just a blog). New Homes also recently launched HousingNewswire.

Michael Scotty, President and CEO
Prior to joining DBA, Mr. Scotty was Vice President of Marketing for an 80-office Chicago-based real estate brokerage firm. Mr. Scotty holds a B.A. from Southern Illinois University, and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.

Joe Zekas, Chairman and founder, New Homes Co-publisher
Prior to founding REP and DBA, Mr. Zekas spent 5 years as an attorney with a large Chicago law firm, and 8 years as a real estate developer. Mr. Zekas is a graduate of Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Wisconsin Law Review.

Richard Graeber, DBA Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Graeber has 20 years of technology and Internet application development / management experience, most recently as Vice President of Internet Operations at Quotesmith.com.

Chuck Gekas, Director of Client Services
Prior to joining DBA Mr. Gekas held a variety of positions in the newspaper industry, most recently as real estate advertising manager for the Chicago Sun-Times. Mr. Gekas received his B.A. from Northern Illinois University and M.A. from DePaul University.

George Farris, VP, Product Development
Prior to joining DBA, Mr. Farris was a programmer for Amoco, then a consultant for Price Waterhouse. Most recently he was the founder and owner of a software development company which he ran for 13 years. Mr. Farris earned a B.S. from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Barry Pearce, New Homes Editor and Co-publisher
Mr. Pearce has nearly 15 years editorial experience in real estate publishing, including a stint as editor of Apartments & Homes, a now-defunct REP weekly. Mr. Pearce is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and holds an M.A. in Creative Writing from the New Mexico State University at Las Cruces.

Anish Jethmalani, New Homes account representative
Prior to joining New Homes, Mr. Jethmalani had an extensive career in the theater, as an actor, producer and artistic director. He was trained in the theater at Loyola University, Chicago, and the Oxford School of Drama, Oxford, England.

Andrew Duncan
Mr. Duncan was a guitarist with the nationally-known OK Go band before joining DBA. He is a graduate of Northwestern University. He recently placed a bid for the movie rights to this story, conditional on our injecting a "guy gets girl" ending.

Nat Swift
Mr. Swift made his career as an actor and director in local theater before joining New Homes. Mr. Swift is a graduate of Northwestern University. He is currently fleshing out his plans to direct the Andrew Duncan Story.
